梁信忠(1963- )
梁信忠，美国马里兰大学大气和海洋科学系教授。1983年9月毕业于原杭州大学气象专业(现浙江大学)，同年考取中国科学院研究生。1987年1月获得大气物理研究所理学博士学位，同月赴美国纽约州立大学石溪分校开展合作研究。1984-1990年，作为攻关组骨干成员，成功开发了中国第一、第二代大气环流模式(迄今仍广泛应用于中国气候模拟和预测领域)。其后任纽约州立大学奥伯尼分校资深研究员。1999年1月由伊利诺州立大学香槟分校水文研究所聘为资深研究员及大气科学系教授，作为首席科学家主持研发综合数值地球模拟系统。2011年初去马里兰大学大气与海洋系任教授。
研究领域为气候动力学，包括对陆地-海洋-大气的相互作用和云辐射对流的物理理解和数值模拟，季节性气候预测，未来气候变化预测和环境影响（陆地水文，生态系统动力学，空气质量，水质）。目前主持着美国多项跨学科研究项目，主要资助单位有国家海洋大气管理署、国家航天管理署、环保局、农业部、能源部及国家基金委等。在世界著名期刊发表学术论文九十余篇，包括Science, Nature, Geophysical Research Letters, Journal of Climate, Journal of Geophysical Research, Journal of Atmospheric Sciences, Monthly Weather Review, Climate Dynamics, Journal of Applied Meteorology and Climatology, Journal of Applied Meteorology, Quarterly Journal of the Royal Meteorological Society, Journal of Hydrometeorology, Water Resources Research, Atmospheric Environment, Journal of Hydrologic Engineering, Climate Research, Atmospheric Research, Earth Interactions, Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society, Tellus, Global and Planetary Change, Mitigation and Adaptation Strategies for Global Change等。
